  I rented a van to pick up from Newbury and drop off at St Pancras. They called a couple of times to confirm my booking, allowed me to pick it up earlier, offered me an EV (which saved me paying ULEZ), and I had brilliant customer service throughout, especially from Jake in Newbury.

  I would highly recommend this branch. The agents are friendly and not at all pushy sales type. I had my own child seat and bought my excess insurance separately. The Peugeot 5008 was perfect for driving around with 7 people onboard. It was a quick and easy process to both pickup and return the car. Definitely worth giving them a go.

  Renting Car was very seamless. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Car was also in very good condition and no hassle at all. Enjoyed it.
